Humidity Sensor

Whether it’s data or artefacts, keeping the relative humidity (RH) between 40 and 60 percent might be the difference between proper preservation and irreparable loss.
With an accuracy of +/- 3% (between 10 and 90% RH), Planet Green Operations ALTA® Humidity Sensors remotely measure temperature, dew point, and relative humidity (RH) in buildings or enclosures. When the humidity exceeds your preset thresholds, these scientific-grade sensors instantly alert you via text, email, or phone so that you can make the necessary corrections.

Every Business Needs A Humidity Sensor :

One of Planet Green’s most complete (and popular) remote monitoring systems, the ALTA® Humidity Sensors, is available in wireless business, enterprise, and industrial types. A humidity sensor that uses Power over Ethernet (PoE) is also included. You can further configure the sensor with features like solar power, 7-month NIST Certification, and 3–25′ leads, depending on the type you select.
Because of their depth and adaptability, our humidity sensors are preferred by Ivy League universities, data centres, manufacturers, life sciences, food processors, agribusiness, and art galleries. To keep an eye on the condition of sensitive inventory, mission-critical systems, and important assets, select a sensor from the list below.

Differential Air Pressure Sensor

Planet Green Operations’ ALTA® Differential Air Pressure Sensor enables remote filter, system, and component monitoring and can be installed in 15 minutes. Make sure the equipment is performing at its peak efficiency, whether it is for temporary medical crisis tents or ventilation in an R&D cleanroom.

The Operation of an Air Pressure Sensor :

This battery-powered pressure sensor measures the air pressure differential between its two ports across a range of -500 Pa to 500 Pa. If, in accordance with your settings, the sensor detects a pressure difference between its ports, it will alert you via text, email, or phone call. The most common cause of a disparity is a dirty filter or a machine or system that needs immediate repair.

Monitoring of Differential Air Pressure in Operationr :

By remotely monitoring air pressure, facility managers can maintain clean air filters and extend the life of HVAC systems.
However, monitoring differential air pressure entails more than simply assessing the HVAC filter’s condition. In hospitals, pharmaceutical businesses, and manufacturing facilities, high-performance HVAC is crucial for air control, infectious particle containment, and proper filtering. This feature is essential to the freestanding patient isolation structures that maintain drug purity and enable the treatment of infectious patients.

Pressure Meter

Planet Green Operations’ ALTA® Wireless Pressure Meters are battery-powered instruments that monitor gas, liquid, or vapour supply lines. Every time the pressure in a line, machine, pump, or specialised area (like a cleanroom or negative pressure tent) deviates from a range that the user has specified, they are alerted via SMS, email, or phone.
These sensors use a five-volt pressure transducer to measure the pressure inside a supply line. They are available in 50, 300, 750, and 3000 pounds per square inch (PSIG) meters. The gathered data is sent to Planet Green Operations Sensor Configuration and Management Software, which analyses and acts upon it.

Work-Site Ready :

These wireless pressure meters have industrial-grade, enterprise-ready sensors that operate on AA batteries.
A line-powered device with an on/off switch and battery backup is one option for AA-battery meters.
The intrinsically safe, IECEx-certified ALTA-ISX 300 PSIG and the high-gain leaded puck antenna are other industrial options.
