Planet Geen Operations ALTA® Wireless and Power over Ethernet (PoE) Sensors use passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect movements through use, access, and occupancy data. There is also a wide-angle option for facility managers who wish to audit the occupancy of desks, conference room tables or hallways as part of a building use study.
Additionally, our multifunctional ALTA Wireless Motion+ Sensor can monitor movement, ambient temperature, and relative humidity (RH) in a range of environments, including offices, warehouses, factories, data centres, hospitals, labs, kennels, greenhouses, and more.
Detect & Protect :
It takes fifteen minutes to install and monitor these turnkey sensors. Every time an animal or person moves within a 15-foot (4.5-meter) radius, they will alert you via phone, text, or email. Quickly ascertain whether assets or animals are in a safe environment, whether a restricted or sensitive area has been reached, or look at traffic data to lower HVAC usage and enhance sanitation.
Corporate AA, Wi-Fi, PoE, and small coin cell (CC) battery types are available for these motion detection systems. With an 80° viewing angle and a software-adjustable motion range of 9′, 12′, or 15′, the ALTA Standard Motion Sensors are ideal for general motion detection. Although its viewing angle is 110°, the ALTA Wide-Angle Motion Sensor’s range is shorter.
Two AA batteries are needed to power the ALTA Wireless Motion+ Sensor. It can detect temperature between -40°F and 257°F (-40°C and 125°C), relative humidity between 0 and 100%, and motion within an 80° field of vision. The Fusion Energy ALTA PIR Motion Detection Sensor doesn’t use cameras; it just records heat signals.
